Our business specialises in selling custom NFC metal and wooden business cards.

All products are made to order based on your submitted text, logos, or designs.

2. Ordering and Personalisation

Customers are responsible for providing accurate engraving text, logos, and files during the ordering process.

We do not accept responsibility for spelling mistakes, design errors, or poor-quality uploads provided by the customer.

Once the order is placed, no changes can be made to the engraving or design files.

If files are not uploaded or engraving text is missing, we will contact you to confirm before production, but this may delay your order.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to update our prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on order volume and engraving complexity.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–5 working days after receiving final approved artwork.

Delivery delays caused by external couriers are beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

As all products are custom-made, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements will only be offered if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Customers must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving the order.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting logos, designs, or text for engraving, you confirm you have full rights to use this material.

We are not liable for any copyright infringement arising from customer-submitted content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updates will be posted on this page and will take immediate effect.
